Shipping Policy:

  • We Offer USPS, UPS Ground and  FedEx Ground Shipping in the United States and Canada only. For Canada shipping please contact us in advance before placing your order. 
  • We Only Accept Payments from, or ship to, Confirmed Paypal Addresses.
  • We Are unable to accept payments from, or Ship to International Addresses besides United States/ Canada.
  • We Ship 98% of Packages the same day if ordered before 12:00pm EST.

You can request to cancel your order by writing us at within one hour of the order being placed. Please mention CANCEL ORDER in subject.  Any request received after that we will attempt to stop.  But regret in most cases, due to order packing and dispatch will already have taken place for your order.

Note: We give high priorities for being to have your order dispatched within 24 hours.

All Perfumes and Oils are NON REFUNDABLE. Absolutely No returns and/or exchanges on Perfumes and Oils under any Circumstances. Unless shipped by error on our part. Priority shipping & handling charges are Non Refundable.

You can return defective item for ONLY exchange within 30 days from the time of original order of receipt. You must return defective item in original material included with the shipment. We will inspect the defective item, after findings of positive manufacturer error or malfunction fault, we will credit refund for your return Shipping cost for only defective item and item within the replacement. We don’t refund defective items, we only exchange same item within given allotment time. However, giving you best service is our top priority and we will do our best to resolve any concern regards to damage claims reporting in timely manners.  ‘ No Exceptions ‘

We always do our best to ensure that our product arrives correctly and in perfect condition. In the unlikely event that our item or shipment arrives damaged. Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery for an immediate resolution. We highly recommend you to inspect the shipment upon arrival and in case damage discovery keep all packaging materials, any torn pieces of the package, tape and including carton box for 10 business days. We will file and follow up with the damage claim. Upon finding positive damage done in route, we will initiate the process to replace the damage item or shipment. We don’t refund, we will give you full credit and replacement for the entire item or shipment. For any reason, you fail to notice damaged item or shipment and could not report damage shipment within allotment time. We will not accept any damage done to item or shipment and may not process damage claims for item or shipment replacement. However, we will do our best to resolve any valid damage shipment in timely manners.

 Note: we are unable to process your damaged item or shipment claim until we receive the approval from the courier.
